Pathfinder, myself, and two others were on a day ride last Tuesday when we were faced with an accident situation. While riding on Big Butter Creek County Road in Oregon about 50 miles from home a steer on that open range decided to bump Pathfinder off the road. While the steer was out cold for a brief period our friend Pathfinder suffered a broken femur, a couple of broken ribs and numerous bruises. There was no cell phone service along that road, so we could have used the Spot locator…
